Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment and shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are outside our control. Tracking will be provided within 24 hours of dispatch. Free express shipping applies to orders over $300.
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. We do not offer credits or refunds. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
